Services and prices:
All rooms are equipped with shower/toilet, telephone and TV. We have double rooms that can be used as three or four-bed rooms on request. All prices relate to occupancy as double rooms and include bed and breakfast.

• Up to 4 nights B&B per double room € 67.00
• 5 nights or longer B&B per double room  € 62.00
• Up to 4 nights room with several beds B&B, double room + € 32.00 for each additional person
• For  5 nights or longer room with several beds B&B, double room + € 30.00 for each additional person

* plus. tourist tax (actual € 0.50)
We ask you to arrive no later than 6 pm. The rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11 am on the day of departure.

Children:
Up to 2 years old, overnight stay (without breakfast) in the adults' bed is free of charge. On request we will provide a folding bed at a price of € 12.00 per night.
There is a discount for children if they share a double room with the parents. The price for children up to 10 years old is € 21.00 and for children up to 15 years old € 26.00 per night.

Bookings:
Please use the booking form provided to make your booking. An initial phonecall will ensure a room is allocated for you. The booking is only valid on receipt of our written confirmation.

Cancellations of individual beds and rooms:
From 30 to14 days before arrival the charge is 20% of the room price. From 14 days to 8 days before arrival it is 50% of the room price. In the case of individual cancellations within a double room or a room with several beds, a charge will be incurred. If a cancellation is made after 8 days before arrival and if as a result reserved beds or rooms are not occupied, we charge 80% of the room price. Cancellations are only accepted if they are in writing. The date of a postmark or of a fax is deemed to apply.
Complete cancellation:
If all rooms of a booking are cancelled, within 8 weeks before the date of travel we charge 50% of the total price.
Miscellaneous:
You may bring small dogs with you (up to 8 kg). We charge a fee of € 6.00 excluding food per day towards costs.
All rooms are no smoking rooms so we ask you please not to smoke in the rooms. A fire alarm system is installed for your safety and this will be triggered if you do not observe the no smoking rule. Costs incurred as a result of a false alarm are charged to the person causing it.

Data protection declaration:
We undertake to deal in confidence with the personal data that you give us on the contact form. Data that we have accessed in connection with your enquiry or booking is stored by us on our computers and we use it exclusively to handle your booking. Your data will not be passed to third parties for purposes of advertising, market research or similar purposes.
